All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Time
Delivery times may vary based on your location:
Local Orders (Within United Kingdom): 2–5 business days
International Orders: 7–14 business days

Shipping Charges
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We may offer free shipping on selected promotions or minimum order values.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. Alsaif Platinum is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligibility
Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items

Products damaged due to misuse or improper care
Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange for a different size or color, please contact our support team before sending your item back. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Return Shipping

Refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund as soon as possible.
